商業テナントビルの提案
駒沢通りと渋谷川に面した視認性の高い計画地である
様々なビルの立ち並ぶこの地で如何にして差別化するかを模索した

多種多様な業態が集まる場所性からこのビルにも同様に多様な業務が想定され、
バラバラな要素をどのように一つにまとめるか？
「纏めあげる」をファサードデザインのアイデアとして、街の新たな顔としてデザインしている

Proposal for a commercial tenant building.
It is a highly visible planned site facing Komazawa Dori and Shibuya River. I sought to find out how to differentiate in this area where various buildings are lined up. Due to the location where a wide variety of business formats gather, a variety of operations are expected in this building as well. How to combine the disjointed elements into one? The idea of façade design is “to put together”, and it is designed as a new face of the city.
