駅前徒歩3分というロケーションを活かし、オーナー住戸に賃貸住宅を併設した
1階に居住希望のオーナー住戸に対して目標予算の中で住環境を質を確保するため、RC造の上にメゾネットのS造の賃貸住居を載せている
メゾネットの賃貸住戸は面積を最大限利用出来るように、廊下を極力排除した整形でシンプルな計画とし有効に且つフレキシブルな利用を可能としている
また独立した2室の個室を確保して、ルームシェアなどの利用へも配慮している

It is a plan of a multi layered tenement house.
Taking advantage of the location of 3 minutes on foot in front of the station, we built a rental housing at the owner’s house.
In order to ensure the quality of the living environment in the target budget for the residence owner owner dwelling on the first floor, the rental residence of the Maisonette S structure is posted on the RC construction.
Maisonette’s rental dwelling unit makes it possible to make effective and flexible use as a simple plan, which eliminates corridors as much as possible so that the area can be used to the utmost.
We also secured two independent rooms, which are also considering the use of room sharing etc.
