新聞販売店舗の建替〜 Rebuilding project for newspaper shops

朝日新聞社所有の販売店建替計画である
老朽化した店舗の建替にあたり、時代とともに変革してきた新聞販売所の機能の修正と、更には従来からの「新聞販売所イメージ」を現代へ焼き直す事を試み、より地域に密着、貢献できる発信拠点=販売店舗を目指した計画としている

計画地は比較的、交通量の多い住宅街の角地において、ひっそりとした存在感を演出する計画としている。プライバシーを保ちながら明るさ・開放感を確保しつつ、近隣住民への影響を抑える事を模索している

It is a store replacement plan owned by Asahi Shimbun.
In rebuilding aging stores, we are trying to revise the functions of the newspaper sales office that has changed with the times, and further to burn the traditional “newspaper dealer image” to the present age.A plan aiming at sales outlets that are closer to the community and can contribute.
The planned place is planning to produce a quiet presence on the corner of a residential area where traffic volume is relatively large.

While seeking to keep the privacy while securing the brightness and openness, we are seeking to suppress the influence on neighboring residents.
