新聞販売店舗の建替〜 Rebuilding project for newspaper shops

朝日新聞社所有の販売店建替計画である

計画地は南・西側の2面道路に隣接する角地で、西側は交通量の多い特に幹線道路である
視認性の良いコーナーに事務所を配し、ガラスファサードを利用して開放性を確保し外部（歩行者や近隣）へアピールしている

ガラスの開放性を強調すべく、「新聞紙色」の外壁材（アスロック）で構成し、機能的でシンプルな建物にしており、サイン計画と共に建物全体が地域のランドマークとなるような計画としている

It is a store replacement plan owned by Asahi Shimbun.

The planned area is a corner adjacent to the two-way road on the south and the west, the west is a particularly high-traffic road with a lot of traffic.
We arrange the office in a corner with good visibility, secure the openness by using the glass facade, and appeal to outside (pedestrians and neighbor).

In order to emphasize the openness of the glass, it is composed of “newspaper color” outer wall material (ASLOC), making it a functional and simple building.
Together with the sign plan, the entire building is planned to become a local landmark.
