朝日新聞社所有の販売店建替計画である
老朽化した店舗の建替にあたり、従来からの「新聞販売所イメージ」を現代へ焼き直す事を試みている

上階には社員用のワンルーム住居を計画しているが、閑静な住宅街であることから近隣側の開口部を避け、バルコニーなどの開口部をまとめてファサードデザインを行った

It is a store replacement plan owned by Asahi Shimbun.

In rebuilding aging stores, we are trying to revise the functions of the newspaper sales office that has changed with the times, and further to burn the traditional “newspaper dealer image” to the present age.

On the upper floor we are planning a one-room dwelling for employees, but since it is a quiet residential area avoiding the opening on the neighboring side, we made a facade design for the opening of the balcony and others.
