広尾商店街のテナントビル計画〜 Tenant Building in HIroo shopping district

広尾商店街でのテナントビル計画である。
かつてはオーナー住居だった木造建物も、何十年もの役目を終えて次世代へ繋ぐリニューアル計画となった。

限られた間口の中で周辺住人のための生活通路を残しつつ、各階テナントの視認性をガラスカーテンウォールで確保、且つ必要な避難バルコニーをアルミエキスパンドのダブルスキンデザインとして、ファサードコントロールしている。

各テナントにおいては、限られた面積を利用し易いシンプルな矩形の平面計画とし、設備バルコニーを設けてインフラルート〜外部設備機器も整理し易いよう配慮している。

It is a tenant building plan in Hiroo shopping district.

The wooden building , which was once the owner’s residence, has been renewed after decades of work and will be connected to the next generation.

While leaving a living passage for the residents in vicinity in a limited frontage,the visibility of the tenants on each floor is secured by the glass curtain wall,and the necessary evacuation balcony is facade controlled as an aluminum expanded double skin design.

For each tenant , a simple rectangular plan that makes it easy to use the limited area is provided,and equipment balconies are provided to make it easy to organize infrastructure routes and external equipment.
