Renovation project for a business hotel celebrating its 30th anniversary

Looking for a plan to avoid closures as much as possible in a situation where the occupancy rate is high.

We started a space design renovation to increase the value of the hotel while making good use of the existing building, taking into consideration operational adjustments and passing it on to the next generation.
