街にとけこむ家〜 A house that blends into the city

越谷市の新たな住宅街、レイクタウンの戸建住宅の計画である。

限られた容積率と高さ制限の中で最大のボリュームを確保しつつ広がりのある空間を設計。

建物ボリュームの圧迫感を軽減させる為に 2 つの箱に分節しつつ、少しずらして配置することで各部屋の関係性や、外部空間との関係性にアクセントを与えている。

2 つの箱を繋ぐ部分は、明るく開放的な空間としており、内部ではあるが外部を積極的に取り入れるように配慮し、中間領域として心地のよい居場所に提供している

It is a plan for a detached house in Lake Town, a new residential area in Koshigaya City.
Designed a spacious space while ensuring the maximum volume within the limited floor area ratio and height restrictions.
In order to reduce the oppressive feeling of the building volume, we divide it into two boxes and arranges them slightly offset to give an accent to the relationship between each room and the external space.
The part that connects the two boxes is a bright and open interior space, but we actively take in the outside and provide it as an intermediate area of a comfortable place.
