北側以外を近隣に囲われた住宅である。

新宿の高層ビル街を望める可能性もあることから、天空率を利用して北側道路斜線を緩和し南側にバルコニーを配し眺望を確保した。

一見、外部に対して閉ざした印象とは裏腹に「空をのぞむ階段」を介して、プライバシーを確保しながら明るさだけでは無い開放感を演出している。

It is a house surrounded by neighbor except the north side.

Because there is a possibility of hoping for the high-rise building streets of Shinjuku, we used the sky factor to alleviate the diagonal lines on the north side and to arrange a balcony on the south side to secure the view.

At first glance, contrary to the impression closed to the outside, "stairway looking at the sky" is inserted to ensure privacy but not only brightness but also an opening feeling that is not brightness.
