都心の狭小住宅の計画である。

間口：6.8M、奥行：4.7Mの10坪の土地に、どの様に住まいを作り出すのかを模索した。

耐震要素を必要とする木造3階建の計画において、大小様々な窓を白い箱にランダムに配置して浮遊させて外観に個性を与えつつ、いろいろな方向へ開放性を持たせて様々な光と風を感じる快適な空間を創出している。

限られた空間の中ではあるが、不要なものをそぎ落として優先順位を決めて必要なものを集約していく事で、コンパクトながらも自然と個性を持つ開放的な住処となった。

It is a plan of narrow houses in the city center.

I searched how to create a house on a 10 tsubo land with a frontage of 6.8 M and a depth of 4.7 M.

In the 3-story wooden plan requiring earthquake resistant elements, various large and small windows are randomly arranged in a white box, floated, giving individuality to the exterior, opening in various directions and providing various light It creates a comfortable space that feels the wind.

Although it is in a limited space, it is an open space with nature and personality despite its compactness by reducing the unnecessary things and consolidating what is necessary by deciding the priority order.
