商店街に面する住宅計画である。

積極的に顔をみせるテナントとは性格が異なる居住空間を上部に重ねるので
どの様にプライバシーを確保し快適性を確保するかを模索した

家族生活の中心となるLDKの一部として外部空間であるデッキテラスを設け
外部全面に逆下見貼りの横ルーバーを配して外界から緩やかに遮りつつ
風や光を捕まえる中間領域として確保して住空間をより豊かに演出している。

It is a housing plan facing the shopping street.

Since we lay a house different in character from the tenants who want to positively show their faces
I explored how to ensure privacy and ensure comfort.

Establish a deck terrace which is an external space as a part of LDK which is the center of family life,Horizontal louvers are arranged on the entire external surface and are gently blocked from the outside,It secures it as an intermediate area to capture wind and light and produces more rich living space.
