東西に長く、南に部分的に開放されている限られた立地条件の中で、可能な限り優劣の無い配置計画を模索することが課題となった
法的に可能な計画ボリュームから「カドケシ」のように切り欠くことにより、通風や採光を確保した
さらに中庭やバルコニーなどを挿入して、単に各室の面積や機能だけではなく実質的・視覚的にも付加価値を与え、家の何処に居ても快適な空間を演出している

It was a challenge to seek out a placement plan that is as long as possible in a limited location condition that is long in the east and west and partly open to the south.
From the planned volume that is legally possible, it cut out like “Kadokeshi” to ensure ventilation and daylighting.
Furthermore, by inserting a courtyard or a balcony, it gives not only the area and function of each room but also substantial and visually added value, and it creates a comfortable space anywhere in the house.
