都心の住宅計画である

間口が狭く奥に長い敷地に、隣家で囲まれた敷地の中で、如何にプライバシーを確保しつつ光を取り入れ、快適な生活空間を創出するかを模索した
前面道路に対しては道路からの視線を遮ると同時に、開放性を確保するために水平ルーバーを配して意匠的なアクセントとしている
核となるLDKの奥には、天空に開放した壁に囲まれたテラスを設け、内外部空間の一体化した開放的で快適な空間を演出している

It is a housing plan in the city center

On a site with a narrow frontage and a long back, we explored how to create a comfortable living space by taking in light while ensuring privacy in the site surrounded by neighboring houses.
Horizontal louvers are placed as a design accent to ensure openness while blocking the line of sight from the front road.
At the back of the core LDK, there is a terrace surrounded by walls open to the sky, creating an open and comfortable space that integrates the interior and exterior spaces.
