新聞販売店舗の建替〜 Rebuilding project for newspaper shops

朝日新聞社所有の販売店建替計画である

東側道路のみに接する「うなぎの寝床」状の敷地に対し、いかに業務上機能的に構築出来るかが課題となった

業務上の効率を考慮して事務室の前面への顔出しを諦め、核となる「紙分場」を道路側に配して全体を計画している。建物の顔となるファサードをまとめる為に、上階にシンプルな「ガラスボックス」（会議室兼コミュニティスペース）を配し、「新聞紙色」のアスロックの門型で囲い、サイン計画と共に建物全体が地域のランドマークとなるようにデザインしている

It is a store replacement plan owned by Asahi Shimbun.

How to be able to construct functionally in relation to the “unagi no nedoko” site in contact with only the east side road became an issue.

In consideration of business efficiency, I give up looking to the front of the office and plan the whole by placing the core “paper division” on the road side.
In order to put together the facade which becomes the face of the building, we arranged a simple “glass box” (conference room / community space) on the upper floor, enclosed with “newspaper color” Concrete(ASLOC) gate type, It is designed to be a landmark of.
